She does the grooming and always acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get our dog in. Then to add to it, when we called about signing up for a new course, she would not give us the time/day! i called on 4 occasions and was always blown off and told, i'll call you, and she never did! it was like she didn't want us to come back! i know if the other instructors knew, they would be appalled. Unfortunately she lost our business for the whole team of people...
