I dealt with extremely rude staff & a very unfair pricing system. Apparently through the week the pricing is per night, but on the weekend it is per day. So during the week a luxury suite is $55/ night.... on the weekends it is $55/ day. I dropped my dog off Saturday and picked her up Sunday and was charged $110 (more than I spent for my night at the Hilton in DC!!!).
Definately a beautiful facility & I can say at one time the staff had great customer service and the prices were reasonable; unfortunately I can no longer say that!
